The agency was established in 2022 when its founder relocated to France to escape political persecution in his homeland. The transition was urgent and reminiscent of a spy thriller, with no financial safety net in place. The primary challenge was to generate income to support his family and regain stability in a foreign environment.

 

Under such circumstances, rapid learning became essential. Initially, the founder handled every aspect of the business himself, including advertising, photography, tenant communication, problem-solving, and even cleaning. This hands-on approach allowed him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs of both tenants and property owners.

 

Through meticulous attention to detail, diligent effort, and a positive mindset, the agency achieved notable success, earning its first Booking.com Travellers Awards. Currently, the average rating of our properties stands at 9.3 on Booking.com and 4.9 on Airbnb.

 

As time passed, acquaintances with properties in Cannes, Saint Tropez, and other locations along the Côte d'Azur began reaching out to us. They faced a common issue: their properties were utilized for only a few months each year, while the associated maintenance costs—such as taxes, syndic fees, and utilities—were substantial. Our experience demonstrated that such properties could not only cover their expenses but also yield a net profit of approximately 10% annually, all while allowing owners to enjoy their favorite homes.

 

This sector is fundamental to our operations. We refer to it as Rental Management and Concierge Service.
