In which cities are your services available?

A-Concierge services began exclusively in the Cannes region. However, due to the positive response from both property owners and tenants, we have since expanded our offerings to include Saint Tropez, Antibes, and additional locations along the Cote D'Azur.

What options do I have if I decide to discontinue your rental management services?

A-Concierge offers a no-obligation service. Should you decide to discontinue our rental management services, there’s no need for concern!

 

Once you consult with your account manager, you can adjust your account access, and our team will no longer have visibility into your listing. The process is straightforward and at no cost to you. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.

Do I have to pay you if I don't have a reservation or if the reservation is cancelled?

No. If you do not generate any rental income, there will be no charges incurred. Our compensation is solely based on the agreed commission from rental income, with no fixed fees involved.

 

Conversely, our concierges are dedicated to enhancing your booking rates throughout the year. By refining online advertisements and significantly elevating the quality of services provided to your tenants, we successfully increase the number of booking days annually, thereby improving the occupancy rate of your property. This arrangement benefits both parties.

Can you help me prepare my property for rent?
